As part of its ongoing global strategy and leadership transition, DLA Piper today announced that Anastasia “Stasia” Kelly and Michael Poulos will become the firm’s new US co-managing partners, effective January 1, 2013.
Kelly and Poulos will join the incoming leadership team of Roger Meltzer and Cameron “Jay” Rains, who will become the firm’s US co-chairs for a term of four years, effective January 1, 2013.
“Stasia and Mike are excellent lawyers, problem solvers, client relationship managers and business developers,” said Terry O’Malley, US co-chair of DLA Piper. “Their prospective appointment is the next step in our leadership transition process, which will formally take effect in January. We want to ensure they have time to become acclimated to their new roles as our leadership and management structure continues to evolve and we build the world’s leading business law firm."
