DLA Piper represents L88 Companies in purchase of Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty building in Prague

DLA Piper represented L88 Investments Prague 1 s.r.o., a subsidiary of L88 Companies, in its purchase of the Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty Headquarters in Prague from a subsidiary of Orco Property Group for US$94 million.
The transaction also included the negotiation and completion of a lease with Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty and the construction of a credit facility in which William Blair served as the underwriter.

The DLA Piper team in the US served as transaction counsel for the acquisition, lease and financing, and consisted of Jonathan Black (Boston), David Glickstein (Chicago), Harry Hutton (Boston) and Andrew Sroka (Boston) in the US.
The DLA Piper team in Prague served as acquisition counsel and consisted of Jakub Adam, Marketa Paskova and Jan Rataj in Prague.
